Peach Avocado Salsa

  • 1cup canned or fresh peaches, diced
  • 1 med. avocado, peeled and diced
  • 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 2 cups seeded tomato, diced
  • 2 tbsp. minced cilantro
  • 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ¼ tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and toss lightly. Refrigerate at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with salted, white corn chips.
